Booked a room with kitchen. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from Artichoke Joe's Casino.

Spotless luxury hotel in every way. The attentive and helpful staff with great attitude to guests. A huge variety of good food. Central location, at a short distance from a regional shopping mall. The property of choice in San Bruno.

Quaint hotel with well-appointed rooms and a separate bathroom. Magnificent position near to airport thrown in, and several markets, restaurants, and coffee shops, great views.

The location was ideal and marvellous, next to the airport area, and good restaurants. Also, the hotel was within a 20-minute walk from a regional shopping mall.

The Villa Montes Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection was definitely worth the money spent. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff treated us with exceptional hospitality. The location was convenient with easy access to the Bart and good restaurants nearby.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement in terms of variety and options.

The staff was great and always very helpful. Needed to get some work done and the room was perfect for that - mind that it wasn't a large room, but it had everything required for comfort. Location is great (close to SFO) and only a mile to the nearest BART station, from where you can get a train to SF that takes about 25 minutes. Good (and free) internet connection. Even though the hotel does not have a room service of its own you get leaflets from decent restaurants that will deliver to your room. Microwave and fridge come in handy to keep snacks around.

Comfortable bed, good facilities , underground parking, spa area. Breakfast okay, no eggs. Clean property, accessible, staff friendly, accommodating. Central to shopping, freeways, restaurants/fast food. Loved everything, perfect romantic getaway. Upgraded to beautiful room, courteous staff. Lovely breakfast setup, clean decor. Goes above and beyond, serving wine, coffee/tea, cookies. Close to SFO, friendly and helpful staff.

Very beautiful hotel. Close to the SFO Airport. Easy access to the Interstate. Amentities & staff excellent. Very clean & comfortable! Hotel provided VIP pick up from the airport and we arrived at 2AM due to late flight that had been delayed several times. Car rental very close & provided pick up from hotel as well. Here during holiday weekend & encountered no problems. Will recommend to friends & family. Booked another reservation for our last night here to relax & prepare for our trip home.

The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, making us want to return for another vacation.

It became my favorite place to stay in San Bruno.

Hotel was very quiet and within walking distance of local mall and bart rail system. Very easy for us to get in and out of downtown San Francisco.

The hotel web site listed laundry facilities, which is now being moved. So we weren't able to do laundry as planned. There is a laundry facility near by if you are adventurous enough to use.

The total stay was restful on vacation. The location was favourable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Forest Lane Park. There were a mall and a market around the hotel.

Excellent location near airport, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, affordable parking, close to mall.

The location was unbeatable and magnificent for traveling around San Bruno, near to the airport in SF, and the SF peninsula. It also was close to San Francisco. The king room was top-class and nicely furnished, perfect for my needs.
